Internship: ProQuest   Date: Fall 2015     Category: Interaction Design and UX Research

As a User Experience Design Fellow at ProQuest, I am responsible for designing the user interface of an internal Error tool that would help editors look through and revise multiple documents at a time.  For this reason, they requested a tool that would help them find and replace key terms. I worked with a team of designers, developers, and product managers to build a search and replace feature into this content management system.

I also tested my wireframes with our target audience with three users, asking them to core editorial tasks, including editing, saving, resubmitting, and unlocking different documents.

The sketches, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes culminated in a search experience that allows users to find a document with an error and use search and replace to make large, bulk edits of content.
